The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Property Solicitor to join our clients’ highly regarded practice in Cardiff. Becoming part of a specialist department which includes a number of the firms’ partners; the successful Solicitor will manage a demanding caseload incorporating: sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties; property finance; auction sales; planning; leasehold enfranchisement; Landlord and Tenant Act matters and; development projects. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will play an active role in business development, networking to ensure the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.

A hands-on position suited to a confident Solicitor seeking a new challenge within a well-regarded firm offering competitive remuneration and excellent career progression prospects.

The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years ’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Property department.

You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of Residential and Commercial transactions.

You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

You will be client-focused with an aptitude for business development.

You will be driven, proactive and personable.
