Your Job

We have registered an amazing opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Credit Control Team Leader to join a growing family run and market leading business based in South Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Credit Controllers, in addition to your daily duties:

  • Keeping cash flow reports up to date
  • Liaising with the relevant parties to ensure that cash flow is maximised and issues dealt with
  • Communicating the Finance providers on any queries
  • Dealing with escalated customer accounts
  • Maintaining debtor days and ageing profile KPIs

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant credit control experience and you will have previously successfully managed a receivables function. You will have great interpersonal and communication skills and you will have a natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships. This is a demanding role, and the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is desirable. A knowledge of computer programs is essential, particularly Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
