Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Location: Bredbury

Contract: 6 month FTC

About the role

Our Accounts Department are looking for a new Accounts Payable Administrator to come and join the Team. You will be a part of small but busy team of 10 and we are looking for an individual who can work in a fast paced environment with fantastic attention to detail to accurately process purchase ledger transactions and prepare the weekly payment run.

What will you do?

·Input purchases and expenses Invoices on to the accounting system and upload purchase invoices into SharePoint sites for approval

·Preparing payment run files for review and approval

·Reconcile and check supplier statements to accounts daily

·General reception and administration from filing purchase invoices, assisting with queries and preparing files for archiving

Do you have?

·NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Admin

·Experience working in an office environment

·Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written

·Confident in numeracy

·Good level of understanding of MS Excel
