Training and Support Executive

West Leeds

Basic salary of £25,000 + £1,400 Bons +Company Car + Additional Superb Benefits


Our client is a rapidly expanding and award winning industry leader based in West Leeds, who are currently looking to recruit a proactive, intelligent candidate to take on a multifaceted and comprehensive new role for the business. This is a varied position involving internal and external communications, coaching and training in addition to administration support relating to the overall client experience. You will be working within the wider Account Management team, to provide initial induction training and ongoing coaching.

The daily duties & responsibilities will be split into 2 key areas and will include the following:

Customer Experience:

  • Relationship management and communication with clients to confirm any changes or requirements in relation to web development of specific items
  • Liaising with other departments including Account Management and IT to ensure requirements are met
  • Supporting the IT departments to ensure the smooth accomplishments of projects - assisting with testing and management
  • Escalation of any specific issues to Management
  • Gathering client requirement and refining these, again communicating on a wide ranging basis internally with varying departments

Learning and Development:

  • Coordinate and deliver training of all new starters into the Account Management team in a classroom type setting
  • Delivering a wide ranging programme of Customer Satisfaction and Policy as well as other areas, and measuring the training outcomes
  • Identify training requirements within Learning and Development, working with the L & D manager to deliver this
  • Conduct 1-2-1's, coaching and ongoing, proactive coaching

In order to fulfil all the requirements of this role, you will have the following skills and experience evident on your CV:

  • Experience of working within an delivering training or coaching, ideally within a corporate, client focused capacity
  • The ability to work to targets and measure your own effectiveness
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong experience working to an excellent level of Customer Service and Experience
  • A positive attitude, constant use of your own initiative and the will to succeed
  • IT and systems knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
