Are you a Part Qualified or Qualified Project Accountant / Management Accountant looking for varied and unique new role?

Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting a Project Accountant for our industry leading client based in North Bristol. You will be assisting the Project Controller in all things Project-related, including the production of accurate information, alongside improving the efficiency of processing and reporting.

The responsibilities of the successful Management Accountant / Project Accountant will include:

- Production of monthly flash results and management accounts.
- Project-related balance sheet reconciliations.
- Development of the management accounts pack.
- Working with the Project Controller in order to meet monthly reporting processes.
- The continual review of current processes and systems and subsequent revisions.
- Other ad hoc Project Accountant tasks.

The ideal Project Accountant / Management Accountant will be studying or Qualified in ACCA / CIMA / ACA and have a wealth of experience within a Finance Function, ideally from a fast-paced Engineering / Construction background.

The successful candidate will have experience in and be comfortable with detailed cost analysis. You will also possess excellent communication skills and willingness to work well with Managers and Controllers is essential.
