We're looking for a passionate and driven person to lead our Product Design Team and join our growing company.

You’re a highly focussed, passionate and driven designer currently in a lead product design or hybrid-UX role. You love to create user- centred, innovative, exceptional experiences and brands. You’re looking for a new challenge to broaden your experience by joining a young, energetic and award-winning mobile app agency. Your foundation is deeply rooted in UX and you relish in solving complex user problems.

Does this sound like you?

• You have 3-6 years of experience either in a design agency or client side (in- house)• You have a proven track record of producing successful brands and products• You have experience in or specialise in designing mobile apps (startups, consumer or enterprise) and perhaps games• You love product design and creating disruptive and market-lead brands• You love crafting user interactions and understand the how vital UX fundamentals are to

the UX Design process• You are comfortable with producing UX deliverables such as user journeys and wireflows • You are experienced in managing a small team (desirable but not required)• You’re user-centred and believe in ‘user first’ ethics• You thrive in complexity and excel in creating simple products• You enjoy understanding needs of users through research and user testing• You understand platform and device specific design patterns and behaviours on both

iOS & Android• You have extensive experience with web inc. responsive/fluid design and the latest technologies (SCSS, HTML5, React or Vue) combined with Wordpress or Magento knowledge• You’re a born creative mind with Jedi- like attention to detail• You will have a do-all-it attitude and endeavour to meet strict deadlines • You’re a fast learner and able to adapt to our fast-paced environment

We’re looking for someone who can integrate into our team seamlessly, someone who can hit the ground running and not shy of working hard. We want to see passion and willingness to create app experiences from top-level specifications and see through a project from start to finish.

As Senior UX Lead you’ll Head up our Design team and have the opportunity to really make your mark. You will be responsible for leading the Product Design Team and ensuring that the deliverables are to spec. You will also be responsible for creative direction of our clients’ products making sure we are aligning on product vision and that those products are ready for market.

The Role and your Responsibilities

• Leading the UX and Visual Design Team both in terms of creative output and product vision

• Reviewing team member progress and aiding their personal development• Assisting and managing UX & Design Deliverables such as User Journeys, Wireframing,

Wireflows, Prototyping, Branding and Visual Design inc. UI etc• Creating complex user flows detailing user journeys• Able to rapid prototype to test and validate the team’s design efforts• Create considerate and impactful brands for mobile applications and designing

beautiful yet intuitive and simple UI• Managing the day-to-day work of the

team and breaking down stages accordingly• Reviewing design team output and reviewing the teams work to ensure deliverables are

met on time, and at the company standard• Help facilitate internal Design Reviews both UX activities and workshops• Ensuring project brief and clients’ business objectives aligned with product delivery • Ensuring deliverables are met on time and to design/company standard whilst

maintaining creative output at a high level throughout the project • Detail micro- animations and transitions using Flinto for Mac• Report to peers as to project timescales and associated deliverables• Managing design outsourcing e.g. illustration or motion design• Work as a team and add value to design where necessary• Writing design briefs and handovers for developers• Ensuring digital collateral and digital assets are to dev standards• Work closely with the developers and iterate where necessary• Required to sit in on client meetings• A gaming or game design background is a bonus but not required
