Touchstone are a growing business with big plans for the future, and we want likeminded, spirited individuals to help us achieve our goals. We are looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join us. You will have responsibility for a team monitoring income return for our clients and landlords.

What your role will be

With responsibility for a team of 5 you will support the day to day operations as well as acting as an escalation point when handling complaints. As part of your line management responsibility you will carry out regular 1-2-1 meetings, monitor absence, and manage staffing matters.

During our period of growth, it’s vital we uphold our high standards and drive efficiencies. Using KPI’s and client feedback you will measure the team’s performance reviewing working practices and implement changes where needed.

Your background

To be considered for this post you will have experience working within a credit control environment with a detailed understanding of chasing and managing debt. Ideally this will be within a property setting, you will also preferably have a property qualification such as the NFoPP Technical Award or show willing to complete this upon appointment.

As one of our line managers, you will have the skills to lead a team with varied skills and weaknesses in order to maximise their performance. Being a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships will be an extension of this.
