IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for IT Infrastructure Engineer who will work within the network operations team the purpose of this role is to help manage and administrate the Trust's IT infrastructure. By providing 3rd line support, acting as an escalation point for the 1st/2nd line team, the role will be responsible for the trust's 500+ colleagues in locations including our HQ, regional offices and colleagues who are homeworking.
We're looking for someone who is solution focused when it comes to problem solving.
It is important that the IT Infrastructure Engineer is customer focused. You'll need to be flexible in your approach with exceptional communication skills. You'll have a keen eye for attention to detail and highly organised.
