Working within the Programme Architecture teams, Programme Quality Engineering is responsible leading the Quality plans for New Products. These plans will support the achievement of key quality targets through the delivery of programme quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensuring the integrity of product quality maturation via the management of Quality Gateway Reviews.
* Working with Product Engineering on the robust completion of programme quality deliverables.
* Identification of Quality risks in the Virtual and Physical phases and the management of mitigation actions.
* Taking an active role in Critical System Reviews.
* Acting as the 'Quality conscience' within each programme.
* Developing, maintaining and managing standardised process for departments operation.
* Accountable for the development of robust Customer PCDS deliverables and FMA optimisation and strategy.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience Needed:

* Strong understanding of Quality Tools (DFMEA , Quality History, Problem Solving)
* Systems Engineering and related Engineering Analysis methodology and tools.
* Experience in Automotive Engineering with a technical appreciation of automotive systems.
* Ability to present complex issues in a brief & straightforward manner.
* Strong oral and written communication & IT skills
* Highly driven individual with proactive personality and strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with minimum supervision.
* Educated to degree level - preferred
