Billing Coordinator
£17,000- £19,000pa

Interquest Solutions are currently working on behalf of their client, a renowned electronics company looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their team in Northampton
The key purpose of the job is to generate accurate service invoice revenue in line with company process and customer requirements and to ensure service levels are met or exceeded

Job duties:

  • Ensure that robust billing procedures are followed with specific focus on maximising the level of system billing, reducing unbilled lines and estimations leading to improved cash receipts delivering a seamless end to end process for the customer
  • Key responsibility is to minimise number of unbilled lines at month end, maximising the use of customer reads and minimising the level of estimations
  • Administer the process of the initial billing run and subsequent billing runs through the month.
  • Minimise billing holds and unbilled assets in line with targets and KPI’s
  • Analyse monthly billing and identity process improvements
  • Support continuous improvements within the department
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of focus on results, through regular/continuous review


  • Good prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Numerate and literate
  • PC literate with good excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work within a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment
  • Excellent attention to detail a must
  • Must be able to prioritise and make decisions within their given remit and escalate where required
  • Must be an effective and confident communicator (written and verbal)
