Our client is a leading financial services business based in the heart of Leeds City centre. Due to continued expansion they are now seeking an administrator to support a team of financial planners.

The ideal candidate will have gained some experience within administration and ideally within a financial services or professional services business.

Duties on a daily basis will include;-

- diary management

- creating and maintaining client portfolios

- updating client records

- typing up financial plans

- working on various vendor platforms in regards to investments and pensions

This role requires someone with great communication skills both written and verbal, ability to build a rapport quickly and easily, keen to learn new skills and pick things up quickly.
