This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Scheduling & Real Time Performance Manager. You will bemanaging and leading the Realtime & Scheduling Team across Residential Field Support Operations. Ensuring we are delivering a fair and balanced use of resources across all sites to support the customer needs.
