An experienced Accounts Payable Assistant is required to join a busy and successful company on a full time, permanent basis near Thame, Oxfordshire.

Playing a key role for this successful business and their busy accounts department, the Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for assisting with processing high volumes of invoices and supplier statement reconciliations across a ledger of 675 suppliers and manage the preparation of weekly payment runs.

This position requires someone with solid Accounts Payable exposure and experience of working in a busy accounts payable department where tight deadlines and working with a high degree of accuracy is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong numerical skills and ability to work calm in a very diverse environment.

Whilst this may seem like a repetitive position, it will come with reward, on-going training, progression and chance to develop in a forward-thinking company.
