A school we work closely with are currently looking for an experience education welfare officer who is first aid trained.

This role is key in monitoring education attendance and the welfare issues that may affect good attendance. The role requires specific experience and skills as outlined in the Person Specification together with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with children and adults in a range of formal and informal settings. An ability to prioritise tasks and work independently is essential.

We are looking for a team player who will feel as passionately as we do about improving outcomes for our young people.
