About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll & Pensions Lead on a fixed term basis (min of 6 months). They key element of your role is to be responsible for the effective management of the day to day operation and performance of the Payroll & Pensions Pay Statement Project Team. You will provide expert advice on payroll and pensions delivery and to deal with complex operational enquiries and complaints. In addition to this, you will lead and co-ordinate the development of the service in order to provide an efficient and effective service to Lincolnshire County Council and Schools ensuring that continuous improvement is implemented.

About You:

If you have experience of payroll implementation projects, are CIPP qualified with extensive project experience and have significant operational payroll experience, then we want to hear from you!
