Payroll Administrator (Part time) Hertfordshire SG6 Permanent £23,000 per annum pro rata plus benefits
Due to company growth our client a leader within it's field are seeking a Payroll Administrator on a part time basis for 25 hours per week.
Working 5 days per week Monday - Friday you will assist the payroll team with the accurate and timely process of payrolls and other related tasks.
Key Duties:
Inputting Starter and Leaver detailsResolving payroll related queries Processing payrolls from start to finishProcessing salary sacrifice of Child Care Vouchers and Bike to Work SchemeProcessing of, SMP,SSP, SAP, Court Orders along with other statutory payments/deductionsProcessing P45’s Starter declarations, P60’SImporting and exporting payroll dataManual calculationsOut of payroll payment advancesRTI and Auto EnrolmentReviewing and reconciling the payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly and on timeMaintaining accurate information to ensure debts, advances and other deductions and payments are correctly processed and managedWorking with key stakeholders to review payrolls and maintain high standards of communication Maintaining Time and attendance systemsAbility to deliver to tight deadlines
