Are you a recent graduate with experience in using CAD and Auto Sketch up? Looking for an exciting and unique opportunity to use your skills for a 7 month fixed term contract working on a project for one of the largest international sporting events in 2018.

About the role:
. Support the Production Manager in creating, managing and updating the seating data within the Ticketing system for the associated events
. Required to learn and understand the various system applications that are developed and utilised internally
. Liaise and work closely with the ticketing teams, domestic and internationally based. Support the Operations Teams requirements regarding seating data and maintain a good working relationship
. Review and analyse the received stadium data in order to create like for like stadium representations within the bespoke ticketing system
. Maintain the stadium data inventory within the Ticketing system throughout all the different stages and phases of the operations
. In addition to the overall stadium data, to update and maintain the associated seat and flow properties
. Work with the in-house Ticketing software development team, ensuring that the core system is operating as required to satisfy the business requirements
. Execute the assignment of seats, to satisfy all the requests that have been received
. Assist with reporting information to senior management and external parties, creating ad-hoc reports

Essential Requirements:
. Graphic Design background or CAD Knowledge
. Relevant degree within Design or Architecture would be considered
. Self-motivated and enthusiastic
. Excellent Communication Skills
. High level word processing skills, with experience in the used of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and advanced standards in Microsoft Excel
. Good analytical skills and display keen attention to detail
. Ability to produce quality results under pressure
. Ability to work well as a team member and also individually, with minimal supervision

About the Benefits
. Salary to £18500
. 25 day holiday per annum
. Pension scheme and life assurance
. Fixed term contract until July 2018
. 40 hours Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
