I am excited to be recruiting for a local construction organisation who is seeking a Purchase Ledger clerk to join their team due to expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity with the successful candidate able to join a very friendly and cheerful team, who value their employees. Please read on to find out more and apply!


  • Matching supplier invoices (around 200 a month)
  • Validating and checking invoices
  • Administrative duties including answering the phone
  • Using Excel and Dropbox to record information

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are a proactive worker with a desire to develop your skillset within this organisation. Other skills and attributes necessary:

  • Experience in the construction industry is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Sage or Xero a huge advantage
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Warm, friendly personality who is willing to contribute ideas
