A new opportunity in Manchester to join a Top 40 UK Firm with a National presence, also regarded as one of the best legal Firms to be employed by.
Their Employment offering is well respected both regionally and nationally, and covers a range of related matters including litigation, advisory, transactional and training. Typically, they act for a wide range clients drawn from both public and private sector, incorporating larger Corporate entities as well as smaller, agile enterprises.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 1 PQE in Employment law, particularly advising employers on matters including discrimination issues, defending tribunal claims and drafting documents including settlement agreements. The team is also heavily involved in providing employment related expertise to Corporate/Commercial transactions include TUPE.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to join an Employment team with access to some of the very best cases regionally, as well as having the opportunity to gain exposure to larger national cases working alongside well respected Partners in this area of law.
