Our client is an established, highly experienced telecommunications provider with over 20 years experience installing telephone systems, VoIP, structured cabling, optical fibre and wide area network infrastructure. They are currently looking for an Billing and Provisioning Administrator to join their team, supporting the MD and Business Manager and reporting to Customer Services and the Delivery Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly bill run
- Manage billing additions and contracts
- Order processing on CRM (Salesforce)
- Order provisioning (PBX, Hosted, Mobile & Enterprise)
- Manage WLR provisioning
- Manage number porting
- Remote system setup, configuration and amendments
- Customer queries
- Fault management
- 1st line reaction to service desk tickets
- Training and support of Junior Provisioning Administrator
- Social Media overview

Candidate Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to delegate/train
- Time management
- Organisation skills
- Strong MS Office skills esp. Excel
- Flexibility within job roles
- Dedication to customer service
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent telephone manner

Package:
- Hours: 40hrs pcw. 8:30 – 17:00 x 5 days
- Salary: Starting from £20,000 depending on experience
- Holiday: 20 days + BH
- Pension: 1% contribution
