Payroll Operations Manager

To manage a team delivering a variety of payrolls for a range of clients.

Key objectives of the role
  • Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of payrolls for a variety of client requirements.
  • Managing the payroll team to support the Payroll Director and develop a high performing team.
  • Managing and delivering client payrolls to agreed SLA’s
  • Act as the key point of reference for all technical payroll matters.
  • Managing and resolving client queries and acting as the key escalation contact.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrate previous experience of managing a complex payroll function.
  • Ability to manage a large payroll team and work to multiple payroll deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent current technical payroll knowledge.
