Job Role:

* Providing initial response and support to all customers (internal and external), solving problems or directing enquiries and/or consultancy issues to designated personnel

* Be the technical buffer between the customer and the software development team.


Candidate Criteria:

The post holder will be expected to possess the following:

·Analytical, rational approach to problem solving and troubleshooting

·Good attention to detail

·Experience of AutoCAD or similar CAD package highly desirable

·Ability to prioritise complex tasks according to urgency, severity and service level

·Exemplary verbal and written communication skills and a passion for outstanding customer service

·A team player with a good work ethic and a positive professional approach
