An Asset Management organisation that offers a range of services to clients, including Financial Advice and Investment Management, has an opportunity for a Personal Client Assistant to join their Northwich office.

The successful candidate will primarily provide Adviser Support for ongoing Client/Adviser Review production. You will also provide support to advisers and clients alike in their goals.

Main Duties:

Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) systemAccurate and timely data entry on to CRMArranging appointments and diary managementPreparing meeting packs for client appointments and ongoing client communication regarding follow-up and review meetingsCall management/ Client contactData Collection on client portfoliosChecking new business paperwork, banking cheques, scanning documentsSubmission of new businessManaging cash balances and cash movementsUpdating static information - change of name, address etc.Preparing valuationsAssisting Advisers with fact find inputHandling and administration of Incoming and Outgoing communicationsRequirements:
