We have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join an impressive family run business based in South Oxfordshire. Working across the finance division on a range of tasks, daily responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the undertaking of all processing of invoices and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Preparing weekly payment runs

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in an Accounts Payable role. You will be extremely organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a small team. You will have excellent communication skills and it is essential that you have strong numerical skills.
