Billing/Sales Ledger Assistant, Temporary Role, Immediate Start, Knutsford, £25-27K

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Billing Assistant to join a global organisation who are a leader in their field. Based in brand new offices in Knutsford, this business are recruiting to continues expansion. An exciting time to join a global organisation who are going through a period of continued growth and success.


6 month contract, likely to be extended. You will be working closely with both the Finance and Billing Managers and responsible for:

·Preparing sales invoices and sales journals, any doSOXents/journals related to sales transactions (Excel and Oracle).

·Issue/record sales invoices to accounting software (Oracle).

·Assisting in the preparation in the monthly sales analysis and reports by the product and by the region or country.

·Contacting the sales team to acquire accounting information.

·Continuously applying internal controls under SOX to ensure adequacy and adherence to company policies and procedures.


·Previous Sales Ledger/Billing experience

·Available for an immediate start

·SAP and Oracle experience (ideal but not essential)
