Job title: Part time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm, 3 days a week


We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the accounts team of an expanding engineering company to support the Finance Director processing invoices and maintain the ledger. This is a temporary contract, with a view to go permanent after 12 weeks. Duties will include:

·Processing invoices, around 250 per month

·Dealing with internal and external queries related to invoices

·Bank reconciliations


Requirements:

·Previous accounts experience in a manufacturing or industrial company

·Excellent knowledge of invoicing on Sage Line 50

·Good numeracy skills

·Good communication skills
