I am currently recruiting for an Asset Manager on a temp to perm basis in Swindon for a leading service provider, on a high value MOD contract. This will role will take responsibility for asset life cycle planning across the entire estate and communicating that to the internal and external stakeholders. A business critical position, created by growth of the contract.

Client Details

I am currently working with a leading service provider, who has a high volume of high value contracts in the MOD across the UK, alongside its other sectors. This service provider has a reputation for contractual stability and for looking after his employees.


The asset manager will be fundamentally responsible for producing the five year life cycle plans on an MOD site, across a varied 100 acre site, with a range of industrial, listed buildings, commercial and MOD housing.


The successful asset manager will:

- Have significant experience of planning M&E life cycle across a varied estate

- Be either mechanically or electrically qualified, but will have had an interested in life cycle planning both M&E

- Will be able to travel to Swindon on a daily base to site

- Will be able to liaise with stakeholders both internal and external and effectively communicate the asset life cycle plans

Job Offer

The role on offer is paying £300/ Day. The permanent salary is £50k+ package. It also offering the opportunity to go temp to perm as the Asset Manager.
