Accounts Payable Manager, £32,000- £37,000 Per annum + excellent benefits, Permanent, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

The Accounts Payable Clerk would play a vital role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Duties to include:
*Ensuring expense payable invoices are processed efficiently
*Investigation of debit balances
*Answering and resolving queries with associates and vendors
*Supporting finance teams in ensuring correct allocation of costs for invoices
*Ad-hoc reporting as directed
*Assistance in system clean up and maintenance
*Support of payables monthly closing processes
*Payment processes as per agreed timetabling
*Reconciliation and management of all statements alongside Cash Accounting team
*Conducting training sessions
*Ad-hoc duties as per Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will have:
*Proven experience in a similar role
*Experience working with confidential information
*Experience with multi-currency
*Excellent Microsoft office skills particularly word and excel
*High degree of personal motivation
