Payments Administrator - £17,500 Per Annum (6 Month FTC) - Leeds.

My client are pleased to be recruiting into their finance team for a payment administrator to action all payments, charges and commissions. You will be responsible for processing payments within deadlines and ensuring figures are correct on the financial system.

Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with parking on site. This role is a 6 month FTC with our client with the view to extension and permanency for the right applicant. You must possess grade C+ GCSE Maths & English and be available at short notice.


Produce and submit all documentation in relation to remittances
Making sure the figures produced by the system are accurate
Calculate and run payments for adviser charges

Experience Required

Ideally you should have office administration experience gained within a professional environment, the ability to accurately review data and identify any inaccuracies. Good communication is key as is proficiency in MS Excel and internal company databases. Maths GCSE C+ in Maths and English is essential. Previous exposure to reconciliations or accounts assistance would be ideal but not essential should you be able to demonstrate good administrative skills.
