Senior Manager - Digital and Content Marketing
To lead Digital & Content Marketing for Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd., this includes websites, digital and social media communications, email marketing, content research and production but also more traditional activity through printed materials. This role will also work closely with regional marketing teams to define and support digital & content marketing to ensure brand consistency for a positive business return. Responsibility for the creation of all Marcoms content - from creative to broadcast, working with the core Marketing and Communications functions and the regions to amplify the many opportunities for telling the brand’s stories.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:·Create and manage the digital and content strategy, which is driven by, and aligns with, the overall Marcomms and Business objectives.·Lead the development of astonmartin.com with partner agencies and markets, both technical and strategic/creative.·Lead and manage launch photography and film, including creative route, photographer/film maker selection, casting, locations, usage rights, etc for multiple uses and channels.·Provide new and innovative digital & content ideas, determining KPI’s and tracking success and evolution of the digital & content footprint.·Manage the production and distribution Aston Martin customer magazine and yearbook, including editorial calendar and subscription model.·To line-manage the Digital & Content Marketing team and direct their workload across all relevant projects.·To work with regional marketing teams to ensure that translated and regionally specific content is up to date and maintained according to regional requirements.·To work with regional marketing teams to ensure Digital marketing spend is used effectively and is commensurate with the wider digital strategy (PPC & Display).·Management of global social platforms (facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, youtube).·To manage the production of all email marketing creative both for central and regional campaigns.·To work with dealers to define the requirements for digital & content marketing support and then deliver to support the showroom experience.·Ensure digital activities complement and support wider marketing activity to enable channel shift and improve customer satisfaction.·To manage and work with agency partners to support the development, design and delivery of projects.·Working collaboratively with the internal Design team.
Qualifications and Experience:·Background in Automotive or Luxury Marketing roles highly beneficial.·Experience of analysing, defining and implementing a Digital & Content Marketing strategy.·Experience of managing film and photography projects.·Experience in all Digital Marketing development and channels with an understanding of eCommerce.·Experience in web analytics and reporting (including Google Analytics).·Experience in defining an effective social media strategy across multiple channels.·Experience of budget and agency management.·Working knowledge of traditional marketing channels e.g. brochures, magazines, press.·Ideally, multi territory experience at an international level.·Must have a highly collaborative approach to working within and outside the business.·Degree educated, experienced marketing professional, with significant experience within a multi-channel environment.
