Purchase Ledger Temporary to Permanent
Marshall Moore are working exclusively on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an expanding company in the St Helens area. This is initially being recruited on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent, ideal for someone available at short notice. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the end-to-end purchase ledger function, in order to be considered for this role it is essential to have proven experience in a high volume transactional environment.
The Purchase Ledger will be responsible for:·Match, batch and coding high volume purchase invoices·Processing purchase invoices·Bank reconciliations·Processing staff expenses·Handling supplier disputes·Preparing and submitting payment runs
Essential Requirements are:·Previous high volume experience·Available at short notice·Ability to work in a pressurised environment ·Strong organisational skills
