Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Sales Ledger Clerk on behalf of a leading professional services business based in York.

This award winning professional services business are UK market leaders in their field. They are growing rapidly and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their successful Finance team based in York.

Description

The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will report directly into the Finance Manager.

They will be responsible for, but not limited to; raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring payments are received in accordance with agreed terms, processing invoices, resolving customer queries, keeping the company database as up to date as possible, assisting with month end reporting and other ad hoc duties when required.

Profile

The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will have:

  • A background in a similar role (Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger / Credit Control)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A highly organised approach to work
