Our client is a dynamic and successful housing association that finds and implements innovative solutions and aims to provide the optimum level of service to their customers. They operate in four counties within the Eastern Region, manage assets of £210m and deliver housing services to residents of over 6,000 homes.
They have a new opportunity for a Solution Delivery Lead to play a key role in helping projects meet business, schedule and budget objectives. Focusing on ongoing change initiatives, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.
You will be responsible for the whole of a project from inception through to completion, accurately gathering the requirements from the business, to create a plan and to manage the project delivery, on time and on budget. You will be required to have expert in depth knowledge of Capita Open Housing, along with proven experience of analysing business processes and comparing these to system setup from both a business and IT perspective.
You will have previous experience of working within the Social Housing sector in a similar role, with a good understanding of the current challenges within the sector. Along with practical knowledge of project management, business analysis and of GDPR and how it will apply to project work.
You will need to have an analytical approach to project work with exceptional organisational skills. Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to communicate to a wide range of people, along with being able to inspire and influence while managing change throughout the organisation.
