My client, a professional services firm based in Leeds City Centre, is looking to recruit an experienced part time bookkeeper / payroller on a temporary basis, to cover sick leave, initially for a 6 - 8 week contract.

Reporting to the company accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Payroll
  • Credit Control
  • Supplier invoices and payments
  • Expenses
  • Credit Cards
  • Nominal Ledger Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • Role will suit an experienced bookkeeper with payroll skills and knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll. This is a part time role for either 3 full days or the equivalent of spread over shorter days.
