Looking for a leadership role as part of a fast-paced store environment? If so, read on - you could be our new Store Team Leader based in Croydon.

Led by a Lead Supervisor, you'll be working as part of a management team of three and be responsible for around ten XPO staff on-site, made up of drivers and porters. You'll also be liaising with our on-site customer, Ikea, as a main point of contact. A keen eye is needed, as you'll be checking over all incoming goods, making sure they're in top condition and of course monitoring health and safety - the most important thing of all!

This position would be working a variety of different shifts, on a 5 over 7 rota. The base hours are 40 hours per week, however overtime is available and expected.

We'll need you to be good with words, as you'll be communicating with both your team and our customer on a day-to-day basis. If you have experience in a customer-facing environment, that would be great. You'll also have basic IT and telephone skills and most of all, a flexible attitude - weekend work and overtime are both to be expected and as a Team Leader, we'll need you to be happy to cover for your team if needed.
