Purchase Ledger Clerk / Pulborough / Accountancy

Client Details

My client is looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team as soon as possible, on an on-going temporary basis.

Description

Your duties as a Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:

  • Upload, review and import bulk purchase invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Process purchase payments
  • Chase and reconcile credit notes raised

Profile

To be considered for this role, you must be:

  • Immediately available
  • Have knowledge of Quickbooks system
  • Hold the relevant knowledge to perform the above duties

Job Offer

The salary for this role will be between £11 - £13 per hour.
