Commercial Claims Handler
We are recruiting for a Claims Handler for an established commercial insurance broker based in Old Trafford. With a basic salary of up to £18,000 the successful candidate will also benefit from; professional training, free parking, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, excellent progression opportunities, healthcare schemes and a pension contribution.
About The Role:
The role will be within the claims department and will be to provide technical support and administrative assistance in the processing and handling of claims. It's main duties will include:
Compiling and recording systems
Handling customer queries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Dealing with business partners
Liaising with other departments
Diary and systems management
Essential Skills & Experience:
It is essential that all candidates have a grade B or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
1 or 2 years previous experience within a commercial broker background essential
Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner
Outstanding time management skills
Highly accurate when entering details to IT systems
