A progressive and international organisation based in Farnborough are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who will be responsible for operating cost reporting.
About The Role
An exciting opportunity presents itself on a permanent basis to work for a FTSE organisation based in Farnborough, Hampshire. This position has become available based on the successes and growth within this organisation. You will manage financial planning, controlling and the provision of management reporting relating to the operational costs within each business area. You will be overseeing a team of 4 Analysts, where you will be required to lead, develop and motivate this team accordingly. Some of the key components within this position will include you managing, reviewing and challenging the overhead costs incorporating headcount costs, structural and marketing costs ensuring that these costs are in alignment to the business budget and expectation. You will also be evaluating operational plans and be objective with the business where appropriate and necessary, identifying target conflicts and proactively developing with the senior management team solutions around this. This position will be working as a business partner.

About You
You will be qualified accountant either ACA / ACCA or CIMA and currently be working in a 360 degree finance role possibly within a smaller organisation that gives you full exposure to all of the finance function. You will need to be able to demonstrate a commercial side along with being business facing. You will have previous experience of managing and leading a small commercial finance team.
