Our Client has an immediate need for an experienced Billings Assistant to join their large and hugely busy team!!

Based in the heart of Manchester and close to Bus / Tram and Train links our Client offers a bright and modern working environment and on-going training and personal development.

Reporting to a Team Leader the role will cover;

working to a Billings Timetable – to demand Paymentwork to calculate and demand Utility Recharges / Insurance Charges and other associated Paymenntsresponsible for accurate Allocation of Payment and the accurate update of Client Recordsresponsible for accurate update of Budget Spreadsheetsextensive Reconciliations across a range of Finance functions – including Bank and Service ChargesTo be suited to this role you will need to have strong time management and planning skills – you need to be capable of meeting strict deadlines and working to a timetable. You also need to have strong communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships – face to face / email and on the telephone.

Finally you will need to have strong system skills – be able to use Excel – Formula’s and Pivot Table and be able to navigate through a dashboard.

Our Client thinks that this role may suit an AAT Part Qualified – however, this is not essential.
