An opportunity has arisen within this City based insurance Company for a Business Analyst assist with Financial change projects. The contract will be for around 6 months.
Duties will include
·Building strong relationships with the finance teams and wider business to elicit high quality requirements based on business need
·Clearly articulate these needs into requirements and act as the conduit between key stakeholders including finance, IT and other SMEs
·Working with multiple stakeholders to help define requirements,
·Understand and help to communicate the impact of any changes on people, processes, systems and reporting,
·Deliver high quality supporting documentation including requirement specifications, process maps, stakeholder presentations and options papers
·Translate complexities into simple terms to facilitate quick understanding and decision making from key stakeholders
·Defining, documenting and assisting the implementation of new ways of working
·Defining dependencies between workstreams
·Support development and test teams during critical phases of the project
·Communicating requirements between teams including Finance and IT
The suitable candidate will have a Business Analyst background with experience of Financial change within the Insurance industry.
