OPPORTUNITY:

This would be a great opportunity for a candidate that is experienced in Credit Control.

The successful candidate will be given great exposure to a company with a great culture and amazing internal opportunities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Chasing outstanding debt
  • Building relationships with existing and new customers
  • Allocating credit notes and BACs payments to claims on the system
  • Setting up new customer credit accounts
  • Sales ledger
  • Working closely with customer service and accounts managers
  • Reporting on aged debt
  • Cash allocation as and when required

SKILLS SOUGHT AFTER IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience chasing debt, ideally in a credit control environment
  • The ability to build rapport with customers
  • Good with Microsoft packages- especially Excel
  • Willing to support other members of the team when necessary
  • A real can-do attitude
  • Drive and ambition
