Fantastic working hours 2pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday

Our client is a fast growing Claims Management Company that have an excellent reputation as specialists in their industry. We are seeking a confident professional with a courteous telephone manner to join a fantastic team based in Cannock.

Due to continued expansion they require an ambitious, enthusiastic individual to join their motivated team handling jewellery claims.

The key importance for their continued success is to provide the highest level of support by building strong professional relationships with clients. and invest time when assisting individual claims whilst ensuring all claims are settled inline to all customers requirements and insurance policies.

This position requires someone who is reliable with outstanding customer service to work within a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities whilst providing an excellent service will include

- Liaise with policy holders and Insurance companies
- Achieve monthly targets
- To establish the most cost effective solution for the customers
- To arrange replacement/repair of items - lost or damage

You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and thrive within a team environment but also have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Experience in Insurance and jewellery claims handling will be necessary. Jet 1 qualified would be advantageous.

Salary is £9,713.60 to £11,429.60 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus
