Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fast growing construction company in East Lincolnshire
Your new role
In your new role as Purchase ledger clerk you will be responsible for efficiently and correctly matching and coding mid-high volume purchase ledger invoices. You will ensure all invoices are authorised in line with company procedures and you will ensure all invoices and credit notes received are entered onto the ledger accurately and in a timely manner. You will need to liaise with suppliers and deal with any queries or questions promptly. You will be working in a busy finance team reporting directly to the Finance Controller.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant mid-high volume Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work load. You will be an organised individual and have a methodical approach.
