We are currently recruiting for an experienced PPI Claims Processor to join our well established family run Financial solutions company based in Central Manchester.

The Role
• Review various correspondence sent in for claimants and update systems with relevant
information, as well as generate the appropriate letters in response to help the claims
process.
• Review correspondence from Lenders and update systems with the new information,
along with looking into case notes in order to continue the claims process with the
Lender.
• Processing quality Claims through our FOS process.
• Full training of our processes to be given.
• Adherence to deadlines/meeting targets.
• Quality is paramount when dealing with Lenders.
• Vigilant about specific details – DPA, previous addresses etc.
• Ability to manage and organise own workload.
• Keeping an accurate statistics log.
The Candidate
• Experience of working in a Claims Processing environment or knowledge of financial
services is essential.
• Ability to process high volumes with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience of working on a case management system.
• You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Professional approach and ability to achieve targets.

The basic salary for this role is between £18,000-23,000 per annum.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday- 10am-8pm
Friday 10am-2pm.
