We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project Engineer on a 12 month fixed term contract within our Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Alliance based at Great Billing in Northampton to work on our water assets. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, and liaising with the Delivery Manager - Resource you will provide technical and commercial expertise to enable the development of detailed planning and the subsequent delivery of projects to replace, refurbish and upgrade our assets.

In this role you'll provide consistent and effective monitoring of the programme of work with respect to time, cost and quality, reviewing it on a regular basis. Along with this you'll identify and manage risks and issues associated with the projects that you are responsible for and determine and initiate any relevant mitigating actions.

It will fall within your remit to ensure high standards of safety and quality of work are maintained during the delivery of projects. Building and developing strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and focusing on ensuring operational risk is managed effectively is key to the success of this role.

If successful in your application, you may benefit from access to a company vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential. If you are offered the role, the status of your driving licence may be checked.
