Relationship Director - Real Estate Finance
Client Summary: Our client offers straightforward business banking; they were established over 50 years ago and are truly challenging the big banks nationally and giving businesses a flexible alternative option for their funding requirements.
Business Area Summary: Real Estate Finance is a core and extremely important, growing part of our client’s business. Their focus is on Residential Investment and Residential Development with some Commercial Investment and Commercial Development business - Deal size focus typically between £1m and £30m.
Role Summary: To build and grow a portfolio of Real Estate clients focussing on the East Midlands region. You will keep the business you win and portfolio manage it thereafter.
You Will Need: A proven track record of success in the real estate finance sector working for a bank or similar organisation. You will have demonstrable RM, BD and credit risk skills and a relevant professional and introducer network.
How You Will Be Rewarded: This is an opportunity to be part of something that is already established but expanding. You will receive a base salary of up to £75,000 PA plus car allowance, achievable bonus of up to 100% of base salary annually plus pension, healthcare and other benefits.
