Salary: up to £24,000 dependant on experience

Four Recruitment are currently looking for a credit controller to join an exciting media organisation in Salford Quays on a full time, permanent. You must have at least 2 years credit control experience. Reporting into the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for monitoring designated customers on the Sales Ledger ensuring all overdue debts are chased by telephone, letter and email
- Responsible for the continued high levels of customer service and relationship building for both business to customer and business to business accounts
- Preparation of Sales Ledger refunds
- Ensure all sales Ledger accounts are maintained, payment terms are set, credit balances investigated, contact details reviewed and updated where necessary
- Prepare ledger notes and track queries for discussion at monthly ledger review
- Prepare and process daily cash allocations to reconcile customer accounts within Sage accounting system
