Credit Control/ Sales Ledger - Part Time
My client, an Electrical company based within Leeds, are looking for an experienced part-time Credit Controller/ Sales Ledger Clerk with all-round accounting experience. This individual will be reporting into one of the Directors who is also part-time and the hours are very flexible for the right person.
This vacancy is exact as stated, a Credit Control/ Sales Ledger/ Accounts position. However, experience in the Construction Industry would be hugely desired. You would be contacting and following up debts from Contractors/ Quantity Surveyors on occasions, and it can prove more difficult than the average Credit Control and Sales invoicing position. The challenge is there for an experienced individual to join a warm and friendly team and progress their skills into this specific position. Ad-hoc duties are also part of the role, although not a huge amount.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
- Construction industry experience is heavily desired, but not a must
- IT Literate - quick to learn and adaptable
- Easy to work with - whether you're quiet or chatty, be open to learn new things about the role and work alongside a very strong team
- The more experience the better, but be prepared to do occasional ad-hoc duties around the office.
