Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and dynamic Insurance company based in Central Essex who are looking for two Trainee Insurance Administrators to support their busy claims and underwriting departments.

The successful Insurance Administrators will be keen to establish a career within insurance and be keen to learn and develop within a busy claims or underwriting department.

The Insurance Administrators will be expected to:

·Have strong written and verbal communication skills

·Take pride in their attention to detail and accuracy

·Take on training and be willing to complete CII certification

The Insurance Administrators will be rewarded with:

Job Specification

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the Insurance Administrators will be to provide professional support to managers and team members within the departments, being responsible for completing all general administration tasks.

Duties to include but not limited to:

·Answering incoming calls and supporting the team

·Filing of important documentation

·Carrying out research

·Data entry and ensuring client files are 100% up to date

·Adhoc administration related tasks

This position would suit someone who has a minimum of two A-levels and looking to start a career within this industry or has started a career within insurance already but would be keen to be pushed and fast tracked to success based on their own individual performance.

Hours:

Monday to Friday Office Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary:

£16,000-17,000 dependant on experience
