Based in London, Long Tall Sally (LTS) is a multi-channel retailer with operations in UK, USA, Canada and Germany, and has access to the rest of the world through the ecommerce platforms operated by the business. LTS is a member of the TriStyle Group, (based in Germany) that also consists of the successful direct selling businesses of Peter Hahn and Madeline.

We are seeking a highly motivated, diligent and focused individual to be the business analyst in our busy finance department. This person should have a strong work ethic and have a team player attitude to enable us to meet our strict reporting deadlines. We are seeking someone who is a fast learner and will quickly pick up, develop and improve our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Head of Finance, prepare and submit the weekly liquidity report to our parent entity including the analysis and explanation of actual and projected movements
  • Working closely with the CFO, develop and maintain the group planning models (P&L, B/S & C/F) including loading of budget/forecast into Group SAP application, ensuring consistency across parent entity and local reporting
  • With reference to group planning models, prepare weekly/daily demand/sales/margin forecasts for all internal reporting, ensuring consistency across all reporting
  • Identify & improve areas where LTS can work more efficiently and effectively across their planning and reporting
  • Ad hoc reporting for both internal management and our parent entity as required

  • TriStyle group (parent entity)
  • IT reporting team/Merchandising/Retail/Direct/Marketing teams
Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Qualification: ACA or ACCA qualified. 2 Years PQE
  • SAGE or SAP exposure would be ideal but not essential
  • Experience working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced company
  • Be a quick learner
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Commercial sense, with the confidence to question things
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Well organised and efficient, with a good dose of common sense
  • Great sense of humour, team player, empathy and work ethic
  • Service driven with proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
